Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CashFox AI (the "Service"), operated by RAVEJEDI LABS ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

CashFox AI is a managed AI copilot platform for small businesses. The Service provides:

• A dedicated AI assistant configured for your business needs
• Integration with third-party services (banking, phone, email, video)
• Automated workflows for business operations
• Cross-platform access via web and iOS applications
• Conversational onboarding to understand and configure your business

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• One account per business entity. Multiple users may be added under a single business account.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Starter Plan: $99/month.
• Pro Plan: $349.99/month.
• All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once your AI copilot has been provisioned.
• Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Service continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers are locked into their current rate for 12 months.

5. AI & LLM Usage

• Your AI copilot uses large language models (LLMs) from OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI interactions. Overages may incur additional charges at published rates.
• You are responsible for providing your own API keys or using our managed keys (with markup for cost recovery).
• AI-generated responses are provided as suggestions and should not be treated as professional financial, legal, or medical advice.
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers' data or pods.
• Use the AI copilot to generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in activities that degrade service quality for other customers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

7. Data Ownership

• Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the business data you provide to the Service.
• AI-Generated Content: Content generated by your AI copilot is owned by you.
• Platform IP: The CashFox AI platform, including its software, algorithms, and design, remains our intellectual property.
• No Training: We do not use your business data to train AI models. Your data is used only to serve your account.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services (Plaid, Twilio, Stripe, Mailchimp, Tavus, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security practices of third-party services.

9. Service Level

• We target 99.9% uptime for the core platform (gateway and AI pods).
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• Third-party service outages (Twilio, Plaid, etc.) are outside our SLA.
• We provide best-effort support via email during business hours.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAVEJEDI LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms with 7 days' notice (except in cases of egregious violations, which may result in immediate termination).
• Upon termination, your dedicated AI pod and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• You may request a data export before termination by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
